The software that can be used when you accept this license agreement (hereinafter called "software") is licensed by our company to you without charge. This license agreement applies to software by our company and those duplicates produced in accordance with this license agreement.

1. The copyrights of the software this CD provides, of the related data, and of duplicates produced in accordance with this license agreement belong to our company.
2. Except for internal use, unauthorized duplication of the software that this CD provides and the sale, transfer or lease of the duplicate are strictly prohibited.
3. THK shall not guarantee that graphical elements of copied CAD data match the actual product. THK shall have the right to change the content or use of the software without prior notice to the customers.
   THK will not assume responsibility for any direct or indirect damage to the customer, or damage caused by pervasive effect, as a result of operating the CAD data.
4. This agreement will become effective when the customer copies the CAD data. THK shall have the right to immediately cancel this agreement once the customer violates the agreement. When this agreement is expired, the customer shall lose the license granted by THK under this agreement and shall return or erase the software and all its duplicates.
